Summary

The Team Manager at Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales objectives. This role represents the Brand, drives business performance, and ensures operational standards and grooming guidelines are upheld. The manager actively participates in selling, clienteling, and team development while supporting the Store Director in meeting goals.

• Coach, mentor and develop team members, identifying tailored training needs and providing consistent feedback.
• Support client and business development using clienteling tools and build long-term client relationships.
• Communicate corporate strategy, lead morning briefings and training sessions to inspire the team.
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, support personal and team sales, and promote cross-selling and client repurchase.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio and ensure brand standards, policies and grooming guidelines are implemented.

• Commercially minded with knowledge of the luxury and local market, ideally gained in retail.
• Proven people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to act as a role model in selling and clienteling.
• Agile and adaptable approach, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
