Location: Tysons Galleria - McLean, VA

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Up to 40 Hours Per Week

Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion brand, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Back of House Support Associate to join their boutique team in Tysons Galleria. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining experience within the luxury retail industry while supporting the operational functions that drive the success of a high-performing boutique.

This role is primarily focused on stockroom operations, inventory management, and merchandise support
, rather than direct sales.

• Support daily stockroom operations and inventory management
• Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization
• Assist with merchandise replenishment to support the sales floor
• Prepare transfers, shipments, and product movement as needed
• Ensure stockroom standards are maintained and merchandise is properly stored
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment

• Previous retail, stock, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Luxury retail experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing merchandise
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support operational needs
