Seasonal Administrative Assistant Seller - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

The Seasonal Administrative Assistant to the Top Seller supports a salesperson in all aspects of the selling process and helps deliver outstanding customer service. This role performs department maintenance, assists with fitting room setups, and supports merchandising and display tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson throughout the selling process, including customer service and sales assistance
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance such as stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, and merchandise transfers
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize tasks during busy periods

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 25 pounds (regularly up to 10 pounds)
