• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in womens ready-to-wear or apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presence.
• Availability for a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed and work effectively as part of a retail team.
