• Proven retail sales or styling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working on commission and meeting sales targets; ability to stand for extended periods.
