Provide exceptional in-person luxury retail service at the Tysons boutique, driving sales and cultivating lasting client relationships while upholding Maison standards. Deliver personalized styling and after-sale care, contribute to store KPIs, and support the management team to enhance overall store performance. This role emphasizes a business-minded, client-centric approach and strong collaboration with front- and back-of-house teams.

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients
• Identify client needs, anticipate requests, and cultivate long-term client relationships
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to grow business proactively
• Drive individual sales and KPI performance with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Create personalized, timeless looks and demonstrate passion for fashion culture
• Effectively use available tools to optimize business opportunities and support team goals
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and adhere to operational procedures

• Preferred experience in fashion/accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized client looks
• Business-minded, entrepreneurial spirit with strong team orientation
• Comfortable using technology and retail tools; quick to adapt to new applications
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages preferred
