Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador responsible for delivering best-in‑class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role focuses on cultivating and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, product expertise, and thoughtful styling to contribute to overall boutique performance.

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
  • Provide excellent client service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication; act as a brand ambassador.
  • Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock organization.
  • Locate merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge‑send sales per company guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow procedures to protect boutique assets; assist with packing and wrapping merchandise when necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture a local and international client base through outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up.
  • Deep product knowledge and storytelling skills to create memorable client experiences and tailored styling recommendations.
  • Strong sales orientation with a track record or aptitude for meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills across in‑person, phone, and electronic channels and a positive, team‑first attitude.
  • Comfortable managing stock assignments and participating in inventory processes.
