Summary
Responsible for driving sales of women's footwear at the Tysons Corner store through commission-based selling. Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling to build client relationships. Support store merchandising and operations to deliver a premium shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual commission goals for women's shoes.
- Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up on leads and fittings.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, product presentation, and stock levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or luxury apparel.
- Strong customer service, communication, and styling skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Comfortable working on commission and focused on achieving sales targets.
