Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist with the daily sales of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. The Sales Associate should provide an exceptional customer experience, embrace the brand positioning, and uphold our core values.

Position: hourly; non‑exempt and eligible for overtime.

Due to seasonality, additional working hours during peak periods may be required.

Adheres to Company Retail Holiday time off policy.

Annual review.

Pay range: $16.50 per hour – $19.50 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications, experience, geography, and local wage laws. Bonuses, commissions and benefits (healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, vacation, product discounts) may be offered.
