Client Advisor - Tysons Corner

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving sales to meet individual and store targets. This in-store role supports visual merchandising, inventory activities, and client follow-up while maintaining brand standards. The advisor collaborates with store leadership and teammates to ensure outstanding operational execution and a welcoming environment for all clients.

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service aligned with the brand’s client experience standards.
• Develop and manage client relationships through outreach, active clientele management, and follow-up on repairs and holds.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with store operations and leadership to comply with company policies and assist with training needs as required.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or other client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) preferred.
• Ability to analyze personal KPI performance and adapt sales approach to meet targets.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
