• Create a relaxed destination: lead by example through motivation, support the direction of the brand, and communicate the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional lifestyle experience for both internal and external guests.
• Set the course: build strong sales and service relationships with guests across all aspects of store operations; consistently role‑model key sales and service behaviors with every team member to deliver an optimal purchase experience.
• Build the perfect oasis: cultivate a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes to drive profitability.
• Onboard your crew: create an environment of open dialogue and learning to coach and assist with career development strategies, building bench strengths for our retail team members and promoting internal career growth through thoughtful hiring and clear performance expectations.
• Explore possibilities: use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.

• 5+ years of retail experience
• 3+ years of management team supervision experience
• Experience with merchandising and retail visual concepts
• Coaching and developing a team
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Natural collaborator with ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and take initiative in merchandising and presentation adjustments
• College degree in business or a related field
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required – frequently
• Climbing ladders – occasionally
• Routine standing for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay, including experience, knowledge, skillset, location, and available budget. Rate range: $60,000 to $95,000 per year.
