Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience.
• Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development.
• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and collaborates on the creation of an engaging visual experience.
• Elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Build a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth.
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
• Oversee daily operating procedures and assess business and product sell-through.

• 5+ years store leadership experience
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
