Prepare food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets;
Label, date, and rotate prepared items to ensure quality and freshness;
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and properly store/stock products;
Provide excellent customer service and assist with merchandising and stocking as needed;
Perform opening/mid/closing duties and ensure pricing and signs are accurate
