Client Service Representative - Tysons Galleria

Summary

The Client Service Representative supports daily client service operations at the boutique, overseeing POS activities, aftersales, phone communications, cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention. Working closely with boutique management, this role ensures an exceptional, welcoming customer experience while assisting with merchandising, receiving, and general boutique operations. The CSR provides front-line support on the selling floor and participates in inventories and operational tasks as needed.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the selling floor.
• Accurately operate POS registers, manage cash and media, and complete opening and closing cash procedures.
• Handle phone inquiries, take messages, manage customer exchanges and returns, and support aftersales.
• Assist with packing/wrapping merchandise, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, receiving, and inventory counts.
• Support loss prevention, secure cash and receipts, and follow boutique policies and procedures.

• Minimum 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury retail background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills with solid product knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes and fixtures; willingness to adhere to company policies.
