Impact

The talent who joins the team will be a client champion – advocating for our sellers to ensure their needs are met. As a tactical expert, you will provide hands‑on support, resolve issues, monitor contracts and manage routine processes to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, high‑performing team environment that embraces flexibility, innovation and resourcefulness. The CRM will also be instrumental as a relationship architect – building lasting partnerships with sellers, internal teams and leadership, driving the success of our Account Executives and their designated region/POD by driving tool adoption and executing on strategic plans – ultimately, impacting client happiness and increased sales to Freddie Mac.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years’ experience in the primary/secondary mortgage market or equivalent GSE roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines

This position has an annualized market‑based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
