• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
• Use local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and surrounding neighborhood.
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
• Maintain consistent lead follow‑up to grow the sales pipeline.

• Driven, self‑motivated and desires professional growth.

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Great communication and social skills.
• A successful and proven sales history preferred.
• Must have a VA, DC, and/or MD Real Estate license or be in the process of getting licensed.
• Must have a driver’s license.
