Summary

Lead the store team and client business at Tysons Galleria to grow client acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement. Design and implement client journey pipelines using Salesforce and in-house clienteling tools to drive sales and cross‑selling. Deliver actionable targeting, insights, and reporting to support store‑level business objectives and continuous improvement. Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent client outreach and relationship management.

• Design and implement client journey pipelines and outreach programs using Salesforce and in-house clienteling software.
• Identify client segments for recruitment to new categories and channels and recommend targeted actions.
• Construct and execute recovery plans to retain clients after advisor turnover and leverage reassignment tools.
• Build and manage store clienteling targeting to meet sales and cross‑selling objectives.
• Mine client data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend qualitative action plans.
• Track campaign results and integrate learnings to improve targeting and execution.
• Create actionable analysis and reporting for store‑level decision making and provide regular performance reports.
• Act as an internal consultant to drive client‑centric business development and support cross‑functional initiatives.

• Experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail client development roles.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and MS Query.
• Ability to manage and produce high‑quality, high‑volume analytical deliverables and reports.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and professional executive presentation capabilities.
• Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to coach store staff.
• Willingness to work an on‑site schedule at the Tysons Galleria store.
