Job Overview
As a Named Account Executive, you will generate new business in existing accounts and new markets, driving strategic enterprise‑wide initiatives and supporting the Salesforce Platform to achieve client success.
Responsibilities- Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the development and execution of long‑term strategy aligned to customer business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
- Assist with account planning, coordinating with other sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Share value proposition for existing and new customers.
- Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales, account management and enterprise‑level sales experience with a proven track record of success focused on selling into Government System Integrators.

Compensation will be based on location and level and may include incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well, including time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program. Typical base salary range for this position is $141,550 - $189,350 annually, with variations by location.
