• Build and mature a mission-aligned pipeline that reflects customer demand signals, budget trends, and multi-year acquisition.
• Maintain a visible, credible presence across the client and industry spaces with active participation in mission forums, industry engagements, and community events.
• Partner with capture teams and proposal teams to develop win themes, discriminators, and mission-aligned solutions.

• Experience interfacing directly with government, partnership, and corporate stakeholders
• Ability to understand and articulate mission needs with proven success developing and maturing opportunities
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission engagement supporting the federal, state, or local governments,
• 9+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission engagement supporting the federal, state, or local governments in lieu of a degree

• Experience aligning business development activities with enterprise-level strategies and capability development
• Knowledge of company wide growth frameworks, account planning, and multi-year strategies
• Ability to adjust strategies in response to evolving market conditions, shifting mission priorities, and changes in client demands

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
