Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers while creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience in the women's shoes department. The role builds lasting customer relationships and supports sales in-store and online through product knowledge, styling, and service.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and sharing loyalty program benefits.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment and maintaining the sales floor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
