** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests and staff at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greeting visitors, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in and sign-out records.

+ Monitor lobby activity and public areas near the entrance for unusual behavior, escalating concerns and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying appropriate personnel.

+ Support retail loss prevention and operational needs by controlling access to non-public areas, coordinating with store associates, and providing clear directions and information to visitors.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
