** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to shoppers, guests, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the retail location by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and directing visitors to the appropriate area or contact.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating communication with store leadership and/or emergency services as needed.

+ Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, radios, and phones, and report unusual activity according to post orders.

+ Complete required reports and documentation, including incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
