Technical Targeting Officer

Opportunity within the Beacon program at Acclaim Technical Services.

• Conduct media exploitation and forensic targeting
• Identify leads from technical information and generate lead packages
• Research and brief on current and long-term projects/initiatives
• Exploit key data to inform intelligence operations
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities and technology trends to enable new collection to answer intelligence questions

• Current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required)
• Years of specialized experience determine level:
  • Level 1: 1 year + Bachelor’s degree
  • Level 2: 3 years + Bachelor’s degree
  • Level 3: 7 years + Bachelor’s degree
  • Level 4: 12 years + Bachelor’s degree
  • Level 5: 20 years + Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Strong experience with Customer’s tools and report‑writing methods
• Regional or topic‑based subject matter expertise
• Experience with forensic analysis and media exploitation (desired but not required)
• Strong inter‑ and intrapersonal skills, able to communicate details clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
• Experience in HUMINT sources and collections
• Ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with limited supervision and competing priorities
• Self‑starter with strong critical thinking/analytical skills, including ability to process large amounts of information and convey findings to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to engage with partners to anticipate changing needs and requirements, anticipate follow‑on questions, and provide comprehensive assessments
