Pay Rate: $25.24 / Hour

:
Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next – it’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site‑specific procedures, screening protocols, and Allied Universal standards at a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain front desk logs in support of security‑related operations.
• Answer phones, greet guests, direct arrivals, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding access requests, deliveries, and/or visitor processing.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
• Support emergency response activities, document daily front desk activity, and report maintenance, access control, and other security‑related concerns to site leadership.

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applications with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, as governed by state and/or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
