Mission Manager, TS​/SCI Poly — HUMINT Operations Lead

Mission Managers/Targeters are invited to support a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization.

Prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives is required.

• 24x7x365 rotating shift schedule: 5 days (6 a‑2 p), weekend; 5 shift (2 p‑10 p), 3 day weekend; 5 nights (10 p‑6 a); 5 days off; repeat.
• TDYs of a 30–45 day rotation. First year: no deployments; second year: one or two; third year: one.
• 3‑year requirement to remain on contract.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).
• Prior experience supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
• Effective communication skills with customer personnel at all organizational levels.
