We are currently seeking a Full-Time Unarmed Lead Supervisor for our client.

Our Assistant Supervisors are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for primary and emergency responses
• Liaising with security and building management to communicate, elevate and resolve problems
• Creating detailed reports on building activities
• Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site
• Performing duties by Post Orders
• Controlling/restricting access to the property
• Responding to significant occurrences with intelligence, speed, and accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• DCJS
• CPR/AED

Qualifications:

• Active DCJS license required for consideration
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Supervisor experience in Security
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be well-organized
• Must have a reasonable level of physical fitness; this position requires extensive walking.
• Law Enforcement or Military Background is a plus

Schedule/Pay: $22.88

Shift: Sunday - Thursday (10:30 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m.)
