Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $30.05 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM;
Sun 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout office buildings, technology work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security‑related concerns in accordance with post orders.
• Support incident response and operational continuity by maintaining a visible presence, completing required reports, and following all applicable standards for armed post assignments.

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
