Work Location Requirement All Insight Xcite positions are onsite.

* Additional employee programs and benefits available About the role Insight Xcite is seeking a Targeting Officer to support mission-critical operational environments within the Intelligence Community. This role involves conducting operational analysis, supporting targeting activities, and collaborating across mission and intelligence teams to support high-priority customer objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced working in fast-paced operational environments supporting national security missions.

Compensation is determined based on experience, technical expertise, certifications, mission requirements, and overall alignment with customer and contract needs. What you'll do
* Conduct operational and intelligence analysis supporting targeting activities
* Develop and maintain targeting packages, operational assessments, and mission support documentation
* Collaborate with operational teams, analysts, and customer stakeholders
* Conduct research, link analysis, and data evaluation supporting mission objectives
* Support operational planning and mission coordination activities
* Prepare reports, briefings, and operational updates
* Maintain awareness of mission priorities, operational requirements, and intelligence reporting
* Support cross-functional mission and operational teams

Required Qualifications
* Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
* Minimum 6 years of experience supporting intelligence, operational, or mission-focused environments
* Experience supporting Intelligence Community or government operational activities
* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
* Experience preparing reports, briefings, or operational documentation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting targeting, operational analysis, or mission planning activities
* Experience conducting link analysis or intelligence research
* Regional experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
* Spanish language capabilities and/or Latin America experience desired
* Experience briefing operational or senior leadership stakeholders
