Enterprise Cybersecurity Cyber Logistics and Operations Analyst

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Cyber Logistics and Operations (CLO) team, you will use your skills to support ECS and execute business operational processes while developing fundamental project management skills. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to operate autonomously to execute Standard Operating Procedures and identify and elevate challenges in a fast‑paced cybersecurity environment.

Daily responsibilities include supporting and executing core operational functions for hiring, purchasing, communication activities, managing scrum boards to action priorities, preparing or editing deliverables for distribution to both team and executive level, facilitating meetings, and managing facility space.

This position is located in McLean, VA. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within this facility.

• Experience executing documented processes and meeting delivery requirements
• Experience completing deliverables on established due dates
• Experience leading cross‑team collaborations and developing meeting materials and presentations using approved templates and style guides
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner
• Ability to develop, follow, and maintain standard operating procedures
• Ability to collate and track data from multiple sources effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non‑technical teams, and to interface with all levels of management
• Ability to apply strict attention to detail to manage competing priorities, proactively identify risks, and raise concerns to leadership
• Ability to provide general office manager duties as needed
• Bachelor's degree

• 1+ years of experience supporting core business functions and business analysis
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams
• Experience with project coordination and management
• Experience creating automations
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles
