As a program management specialist, you will support the Army Security Assistance Enterprise from concept to completion. It is essential to maintain project progress and resource allocation while managing contracts, cost accounting, and stakeholder engagement. Effective communication is key to ensuring program objectives and quality standards are met.

Implement and maintain organizational programs supporting the Army Security Assistance Enterprise. Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. Provide tactical planning assistance using resources such as MS Office. Coordinate regular interactions with SMEs, budget analysts, customers, and multiple stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Experience with Army FMS Case Management.
• Knowledge of Security Assistance Management policies and systems.
• Ability to work in an intensive management environment.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.

Salary range: $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation varies by location, education, skills, and experience. The position will close within 90 days from the posting date.

• Remote:
  May require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid:
  Required to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently; may also attend customer sites.
• On‑site:
  Primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
