We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Security Specialist to support high-level security adjudication and accreditation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols, national security databases, and policy application under strict federal guidelines. You will work closely with a highly skilled team to provide adjudication expertise for critical security clearances and support the development of security as a service within the organization.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex investigations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Draft comprehensive written rationales for clearance denials or revocations, including Letters of Intent (LOI) and Statements of Reason (SOR).
- Request supplemental investigations, conduct subject interviews (PRSI) to resolve derogatory information, and interface with federal law enforcement or counterintelligence partners.
- Maintain accurate, real-time status updates in national security databases.
- Independently review complex Reports of Investigation (ROIs), polygraph results, and continuous vetting alerts.
- Make security clearance determinations based on the “whole-person” concept.
- Strictly apply the 13 National Security Adjudicative Guidelines under SEAD 4, ICD 704, and relevant Executive Orders to evaluate foreign influence, financial issues, and personal conduct.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in personnel security adjudication or related fields.
- High School Diploma.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Experience with documentation, due process, and interview procedures related to security clearance investigations.
- Ability to review complex investigative reports and make informed security determinations.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with national security databases and policy frameworks such as SEAD 4 and ICD 704.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a team environment.
