Stationary Controls Building Technician III

McLean, VA

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Has been a technician in one or more areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
• Must be clearable
• State Certified Journeyman’s License or equivalent required
• Excellent troubleshooting and repairing abilities

• Ability to successfully maintain a building
• Install, wire, service, perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting all types of commercial building systems; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and its functions and building VAV systems
• Ability to interpret drawings, read trade related plumbing, mechanical and electrical and internal writing schematics
• Ensure all safety codes are met
• Knowledge of energy management systems
