EMCOR Group - - - Responsibilities:
Supervises a workforce comprised of electricians and fire alarm technicians.;
Schedules the electrical PM testing and maintenance to all building electrical systems, to include emergency power and UPS, provides written reports or certifications upon completion of testing/maintenance.;
Provides daily direction, scheduling, instruction and inspection of electrical repairs completed at the site.;
Notifies the customer concerning any work requiring an outage to complete with anticipated problems that could occur during the outage.;
Screens and interviews and selects applicants seeking employment at the site.
