EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Perform tours of the facility performing visual inspections of mechanical and electrical spaces; monitor equipment and take pressure/temperature readings.;
Assist HVAC mechanics with operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of base building HVAC and related equipment.;
Monitor the BMCS control system and perform minor tests, calibration, and operation.;
Assist in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment and related systems; report deficiencies to supervisor.;
Supervise support staff as required; coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.
