EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Supervises a workforce comprised of electricians and fire alarm technicians;
Schedules the electrical PM testing and maintenance to all building electrical systems, to include emergency power and UPS, provides written reports or certifications upon completion of testing/maintenance;
Provides daily direction, scheduling, instruction and inspection of electrical repairs completed at the site;
Notifies the customer concerning any work requiring an outage to complete with anticipated problems that could occur should a problem develop during the outage;
Assists the Facility Manager in looking at new jobs for scope and technical understanding
