Service Technician

The Service Technician will diagnose installation issues, assess solutions, and draft accurate timelines for repair, replacement, or resolution. Candidates must have extensive experience in the home remodeling industry, specifically with replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing, and gutters. The role is primarily field‑based with minimal supervision.

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials prior to scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements, and any special instructions beforehand.
• Perform each service efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete assigned services within designated time frames, maintaining quality and workmanship.
• Consistently seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, and provide feedback.
• Ensure timely communication for issues that require further resolution or investigation.

• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and independently resolving customer concerns in real time.
• General knowledge of residential construction and hands‑on experience.

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience are required.

  Certifications:
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification (will receive upon employment if not currently certified).

• Hourly Pay: $25.50
