EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Supervises a workforce comprised of electricians and fire alarm technicians;
Schedules the electrical preventive maintenance and maintenance to all building electrical systems, including emergency power and UPS;
Provides daily direction, scheduling, instruction and inspection of electrical repairs completed at the site;
Notifies the customer concerning outages and potential problems that could occur during the outage;
Assists the Facility Manager and Engineering Supervisor in maintaining all mechanical and electrical systems in assigned properties
