Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair base-building HVAC and related mechanical and electrical equipment;
Monitor the BMCS/controls system and perform preventive maintenance;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications;
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades; supervise support staff as needed;
Maintain electrical and life-safety systems awareness and ensure compliance with security requirements
