Hire One Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Painting and drywall repair

Appliance installation and repair

Preventive maintenance inspections

Basic roofing and gutter maintenance

Flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, laminate, carpet)

Locksmith services (rekeying, lock installation, key replacement)

Power tool and hand tool proficiency

Work order management and documentation

Safety procedures and OSHA compliance

Building codes and maintenance standards

Position Requirements:

Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets)

Electrical troubleshooting (changing outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers)

HVAC maintenance (changing filters, basic diagnostics, preventive maintenance)

Carpentry (door repairs, trim work, cabinet repairs, drywall patching)
