As a Handyman Helper, you’ll assist Lead Craftsmen on residential and light commercial jobs.

• Support repairs and maintenance across trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall & painting
  • Basic plumbing & electrical
  • Tile and general home repairs
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
• Learn tools, materials, and best practices
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
• Help identify additional service opportunities
• Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace

This is an entry‑level role—attitude matters more than experience.

• ~1 year of hands‑on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate well with customers
• Willingness to learn multiple trades
• Valid driver’s license + good driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed

• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Clean‑cut, professional appearance
• Problem‑solving mindset

• $20/hour starting pay
• $15 trip bonus per job
