Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems to ensure continuous operation;
Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems;
Record readings, make adjustments, and calibrate equipment to maintain optimal performance levels;
Maintain safety standards by adhering to departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety;
Monitor the quality and cost of work performed by external contractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures
