Paradigm Management is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our on-site maintenance team at our brand-new apartment community in McLean, VA. You will assess and complete work orders for repairs and improvements, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs.
Candidates should have residential maintenance experience and an HVAC certification; be prepared for on-call rotations, variable weather, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
