Supervises a workforce comprised of electricians and fire alarm technicians;
Schedules the electrical preventive maintenance to all building electrical systems, including emergency power and UPS;
Provides daily direction, scheduling, instruction and inspection of electrical repairs at the site;
Notifies the customer concerning outages and coordinates communication about anticipated problems;
Assists the Facility Manager in scope development and coordination with Engineering Supervisor
