Leidos Health & Services Sector is seeking a Marriage and Family Counselor to provide referral services and expert consultation on various Employee Assistance Program and work/life issues for the government customer's staff and contractor personnel. This is a very rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting our Military and Intelligence men and women and the challenges they face.

Work will be on site in either Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA; location to be determined by staffing need.

Leidos will consider sponsoring qualified individuals towards gaining the Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance required for this position.

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat psychological, behavioral and mental health issues related to families, couples or marriages, including providing guidance and mediation to help address issues within a family unit.
• Address problems independently and autonomously, formulate and implement a treatment plan using treatment modalities for individuals and families, including documenting and briefing clinical findings.
• Provide evidence-based brief psychotherapy, and consult with management and other medical staff.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or social work.
• Completion of 2,000 to 4,000 supervised clinical hours, typically acquired through a practicum or internship.
• State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• 3 years of post-licensure/certification experience.
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance, or candidates willing to go through the process of obtaining the clearance may be considered.

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
