We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our team onsite in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional iOS development experience, a strong background in Swift, and prior experience working at Capital One. This is a W2-only position, and applicants must be willing to work onsite.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and backend developers to define app requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in iOS development, Apple guidelines, and tools.

• 8+ years of professional experience in iOS app development.
• Proficiency in Swift, with experience in Objective-C a plus.
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks (e.g., UIKit, Core Data, Combine, Swift
  
  UI).
• Experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).
• Hands‑on experience integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Prior experience at Capital One is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on W2 (no C2C or 1099).

• Experience with financial or fintech applications.
• Familiarity with security best practices in mobile apps.
• Exposure to Unit Testing, UI Testing, and Test Automation.
