In Data Driven Decisions (3D), we collaborate with our customers to gain an in-depth understanding of business policy and needs. Leveraging the decision modeling methodology, we develop and maintain world class decision services that translate complex policy into clear and actionable rules;

and use data to drive the optimal evaluation of loans. In fact, 3D’s decision services play a central and critical role in the evaluation of loans throughout the entire loan life cycle at Freddie Mac.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years relevant rules or project experience
  • Experience modeling or implementing business rules using decision tables (TDM or DMN).
  • Experience creating and running test scenarios to validate business requirements. As well as generating test data needed for test cases.
  • Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience
  • Agile Scrum or Kanban experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications:
    Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $88,000 - $132,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
