and use data to drive the optimal evaluation of loans. In fact, 3D’s decision services play a central and critical role in the evaluation of loans throughout the entire loan life cycle at Freddie Mac.

The ideal candidate will liaise with business partners to understand requirements, analyze business policy, model and test business rules to ensure the project meets the business needs. • 2-4 years relevant rules or project experience
• Experience modeling or implementing business rules using decision tables (TDM or DMN).
• Experience creating and running test scenarios to validate business requirements. As well as generating test data needed for test cases.
• Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience
• Agile Scrum or Kanban experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications:
  Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in and aptitude for decision modeling
• Growth mindset; willingness to develop new skills to support “full stack” team member.
• Ability to forge strong partnerships with our customers
• Ability to collaborate across the team

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $88,000 - $132,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
