Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a strong Java and Python Developer who has transitioned into Salesforce development. This resource will work fluidly across multiple projects, supporting existing systems with a strong focus on coding, integrations, automation, and production support. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic, reads and understands code deeply, and leverages internal AI tools to deliver efficiently.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) Mandatory
• 3+ years of hands-on Python experience
• Strong Java development experience (used for pipelines and backend support)
• Proven experience supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of core software development principles
• Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot code across multiple technologies (not limited to one stack)
• Experience leveraging internal AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot / Freddie-enabled AI) to enhance delivery and velocity

• Mule Soft experience
• Additional integration platform exposure

• Code directly to business and technical requirements
• Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications
• Perform analysis, development, testing, and test automation
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Provide production support, including deployment support
• Participate in deployments occurring every two weeks
  • On-call deployment support approximately once per quarter
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Java
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across projects
