Job Summary (Salesforce Developer – Freddie Mac, McLean, VA)
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support internal Salesforce applications.
- Enhance Experience Cloud to support external customers.
- Integrate microservices and APIs (REST, SOAP, Graph
QL) with Salesforce, using tools like Mule Soft. - Update and optimize Dev Ops processes and test automation suites (Cucumber/Selenium).
- Participate in Agile project delivery, including planning, task assignment, and impact analysis.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
- Collaborate on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and possibly Python.
- Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab).
- Work with message queues, event streaming platforms, and Freddie Mac AI tools.
- Maintain Salesforce developer certifications and leverage strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and API integrations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data analysis.
