Mobile Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Mobile Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidates will drive the delivery of high‑performance mobile applications by leading architecture, development, and integration across hybrid and native stacks.

Rate Range: $80/hour to $83/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Architect and lead the development of enterprise‑grade mobile applications across hybrid (Ionic, Capacitor, Angular) and native (Swift) stacks.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Perform hands‑on development, code reviews, and design of native plugins to integrate device capabilities such as biometrics, camera, and secure storage.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and third‑party SDKs while ensuring compliance with App Store publishing, accessibility, and security requirements.
• Mentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native teams while collaborating closely with Product, UX, Backend, Dev Ops, and Security partners.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile security best practices to support high‑quality releases and ongoing app lifecycle management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, architecture, and delivery
• Expertise in hybrid and native mobile technologies including Ionic, Capacitor, Angular/Angular
  
  JS, and Swift
• Strong experience implementing mobile security best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating mobile apps with backend services.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $82.00 per hour
