Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: McLean, VA 22101 (5 days - Onsite)

Visa: No Visa restrictions but need local candidate with banking and finance background!

The hiring manager is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience enabling Generative AI (GenAI) solutions in AWS. This role is focused on designing, enabling, and supporting GenAI infrastructure capabilities, with hands‑on experience in AWS Bedrock and AWS GenAI services, along with deep AWS networking expertise.

• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience
• 1-2 years of hands‑on GenAI enablement experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • AWS Bedrock
  • AWS Generative AI services
  • AWS Networking (VPC, VPC Endpoints, Private Link, Route
    53, Security Groups, etc.)
• Experience with AWS security and access controls:
  • SCPs, IAM Policies & Roles, KMS
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud Formation (CFT) and CI/CD automation

• 5+ years supporting AWS platform infrastructure in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience with:
  • Cloud Formation Templates
  • Python & Shell scripting
  • EKS (Kubernetes)
  • Jenkins
  • Git (Bitbucket)
  • Artifactory
• Experience with:
  • Service Now
  • Jira & Confluence
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Design, implementation, integration, and operational support of cloud‑based applications at the platform level

• Microsoft Azure platform experience
• Azure OpenAI
• OpenAI integrations
• GCP exposure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and creative problem solver
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced enterprise environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (required)
